Generativa

Generativa is what I call my works that are generated entirely by controlled algorithms, i.e. they do not have spatial models like my virtuographics and are not created on the basis of existing digital files. I have developed and programmed a design method for the generation process that is based on a complex, multi-layered color matrix.

Even though the process is highly controllable through a multitude of parameters, many details of execution are not always predictable and the effect is also surprising for me. The resulting works can be classified as generative art, so that the final selection process from the many possible variants is an important part of my artistic work.
